Why we built it

From obligations to operations.

Too many organisations already use AI every day but have little on paper to show how staff are trained, decisions are recorded, or users are informed.

Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. Article 50 applies from 2 August 2026. Clear internal records make it easier to explain what proportionate measures the organisation has taken.

We build adaptable files rather than a software platform or consulting engagement. An HR, compliance, legal, or operations lead can start with the pack, tailor it to the organisation, and bring in specialist review where the context warrants it.
