Do we need to disclose on every message?
Article 50 requires the provider to ensure clear, accessible information no later than first interaction. A persistent label is a recommended implementation control, not a separate every-message rule.
What if a human reviews AI-suggested replies?
The pack helps you document the actual setup. A human-reviewed drafting tool is not the same as an autonomous AI interaction, but the legal role and user experience still need assessment.
