Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Digital-content withdrawal and refund rights depend on the buyer, jurisdiction and how immediate supply is requested. Where applicable, checkout will request express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of a statutory withdrawal right. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Defective, incomplete or incorrect files

If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, contact info@readyforaiact.com within 14 days with the Stripe receipt and a description of the problem. We will repair or replace the file. If that is not reasonably possible, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind requests

Because the editable source files can be copied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after access where the law permits that restriction and the required checkout consent was obtained. We may still grant a discretionary refund where appropriate.

Duplicate purchases

Contact support if the same product was purchased twice by mistake. Verified duplicate charges will be reviewed promptly.
